Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in Europe, this course will be held online on the same dates. Updates will be posted to this webpage in due time.

This is the fourth three-day high-level workshop in the fields of pediatric gastroenterology, endoscopy and overall therapeutic pediatric endoscopy. 

We offer this unique opportunity for experience with endoscopic therapeutic techniques and their clinical application in children. The local and invited national and international guest faculty comprises recognized experts and leaders in pediatric gastroenterology and digestive therapeutic endoscopy. The faculty members will show their experience during the endoscopic procedures and with short lectures.

There will be a mixture of light presentations on current topics, review lectures, and presentations on controversial issues, together with prerecorded endoscopic procedures. Everyone is welcome to observe different and complex therapeutic endoscopic procedures, followed by full and extensive live interactive discussions of different aspects of the procedures (e.g. indications, complications, different options, and technical aspects) with the faculty in presence and by webinar. The broadcasted endoscopic procedures have been performed by the experts.

The therapeutic procedures will cover all the most frequent diseases and endoscopic strategies in children:
Esophageal dilation, stenting, trachea-esophageal fistula, endoscopic ultrasound (miniprobes and standard EUS), esophageal and gastric duplications, duodenal diaphragms, polypectomy. ERCP for both biliary and pancreatic diseases: sphincterotomies, stent insertion, cholangioscopy.

The course language is English.
