GI Summer School

June 28 - July 01 2023
VALENCIA, SPAIN

General Information

General Information

It is the tradition of ESPGHAN to hold a Gastroenterology School every year. After the last activity in Israel, we invite Young Investigators and Trainees to join us for another exciting school in the beautiful city of Valencia, Spain.
The aim of the school is the promotion of best practice in the delivery of care in paediatric gastroenterology, focusing on most prevalent and/or most  serious disorders. This summer school targets an audience of young medical professionals who either wish to develop expertise, or have a current interest, in the management of gastrointestinal disorders in children.

Although special attention will be given to disease management in daily clinical practice, other aspects such as aetiology, pathogenesis, future directions and therapies and research lines in the field will also be addressed in deep.
The meeting will combine keynote talks from international experts with, clinical cases presentations by the delegates, favouring critical discussion and maximum interaction between delegates and faculty.

The course language is English.
This school is supported by the ESPGHAN Education Partner Programme.
