GI Summer School

August 31 - September 02 2026
NAPLES, ITALY

General Information

It is a tradition of ESPGHAN to organise a Gastroenterologoy school every year. After a very successful event organised in Slovenia last January, we invite colleagues to join us for another very exciting school in the beautiful Naples, Italy.

The course on major pediatric gastroenterology disorders aims to provide an updated and structured overview of the most relevant conditions affecting the digestive system during childhood and adolescence. Its purpose is to explore the most common clinical presentations, ranging from functional disorders to chronic and inflammatory diseases, while offering practical tools for early recognition, diagnostic assessment, and therapeutic management, with a strong focus on clinical practice.
The school is focusing on Trainees and Young Investigators, however Young GI specialists wanting to join the network of future GI leaders are also very welcome.

The course language is English.

This course is part of the 2026 Education Partner Programme.
