ESPGHAN Allied Health Professionals (AHP) Mentorship program

2026 Call for Mentors & Mentees

Are you interested to advance your career, develop clinical skills, or perhaps start doing research? Or are you someone working in an advanced clinical setting, with longstanding experience, or already an established researcher within PGHAN and want to share expertise with a junior colleague?

The ESPGHAN AHP warmly invite our members to join as a mentor or a mentee. The aim of mentorship within ESPGHAN is to foster connections between members, provide pastoral support, guidance in career development, and to encourage active involvement of members in ESPGHAN activities. The AHP committee has identified a need for mentorship within its diverse membership. Our community spans a wide range of health care professions at different stages of their very diverse careers. Members are all skilled professionals with much to offer in terms of support and mentorship to each other.

By applying as a mentor or mentee, the AHP committee will connect and match you with a mentee/mentor based on your described goals, and facilitate to organise a plan between the mentor and mentee to achieve the goals.
